Our policy is not to have any policies but to treat people right.

In our experience fairness resides in the mind of each person and expectations can vary considerably. Within reason, we usually just do what folks want us to in order to correct a problem. But we have also helped a lot of people with problems in ways that they did not expect but found delightful. It is our nature to want to make you happy and it is in our interest to do so.

All our products are guaranteed for quality and workmanship. Generally speaking, anything can be returned for refund if it is defective or not working for you.

In some instances, such as damage to the product that was your fault, bought on sale, or bought months ago, we would offer you a credit rather than a refund. And it makes environmental sense to repair damage when we can rather than to replace things. But even then, if the product was not to your liking we would work with you to derive a credit towards something that would work and then we would find a home for the used or repaired product through recycling or donation. We are creative in our solutions and we fundamentally want to make you happy.

The best advice we can give you for avoiding the cost and delays of returns is to:

> call or write us for fit and use advice before you order if you are not confident you know already.
> let us know if something unusual is connected with your purchase; for example, a gift that will not be given for a number of months; communicating about potential problems in advance allows us to meet your needs better.
> if you order a product and don't like it when you get it let us know sooner rather than later.
