We also wanted to create a business that matched our personal convictions around community and sustainability. Our retail store is now 8 years old and going strong.
We pride ourselves on offering experience based advice. We work hard at ensuring our product knowledge is as complete and up to date as can be. And we like to go the extra mile to help our customers get what they want.
Taking Mark Twain's famous quote "If I had more time I would write you a shorter letter" to heart, we spent a good number of years crafting our philosophy and our approach to business before we even started. Our entire business plan can be summarized as follows:
