Our Founders - Steve, Carolyn & Nolan (age 5)Lots of retail experience and lots of outdoor experience.
Outdoor passions include hiking, kayak touring, backpacking,
skiing and winter camping. We like big mountains and big water best!
  
Our Full Time Engine - Gwynn, Ed, Margaret
Gwynn keeps our office running smoothly and is our special order miracle worker.
Ed manages our retail store; is a published author of cycling guides and an experienced hiker, paddler, and skier.
Margaret always remembers customers; fixes our technology; and is a fireplug on trips.
 
Our Part Time Glue - Nick, Nicola, Kathryn, WillieNick is a full time Dad with a mind for product details and a love for the outdoor lifestyle.
Nicola is a marine biologist and teacher, who helps buy and test gear and build data-base.
Kathryn is our local guru with a love for sports and community; she always knows what's going on.
Willie is a technology guy by day and a lover of sport and adventure by night.
